Owner Services

Our Property Management division is designed to make your rental property a trouble free investment. We try to keep vacancy to a minimum and help eliminate costly repairs through careful tenant screening and regular property inspections. Our bookkeeping is designed to keep track of all your deductible expenses. The tenant calls us if they have a problem and we arrange and supervise all repairs and maintenance. Our goal is to make your investment property as risk free as possible and to maximize your cash flow, and return on your rental investment.
